Not only can this be frustrating, but also embarrassing.Our fully trained Care Workers are experienced in helping all kinds of people with their personal care, respecting your dignity at all times while aiming to help you to retain as much independence as possible. They are understanding and sympathetic, without being patronising.They know that every customer is an individual, with unique personal needs, preferences and values, so they will not intrude into your personal life. All our support arrangements will be completely personalised to your own requirements, involving your family members if you wish, and we will only provide the services that you have specifically asked for in your care and support plan.

 

DOMICILIARY CARE

Our flexible domiciliary care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care to 24-hour live-in care. Our home care service can be used for short term help following an illness or because your usual carer is having a break, or as the start of your care journey where it may develop to long-term home care and support.
